Returns & Refund Policy

⚠️ Important: Due to hygiene regulations, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Returns Eligibility

Eligible for Return (within 14 days of delivery):

  • Unopened, sealed products in original packaging
  • Damaged or defective items (report within 48 hours)
  • Incorrect items received

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Opened or used products (hygiene reasons)
  • Products without original packaging or seals
  • Products damaged through misuse
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
  • Gift cards

2. How to Return

  1. Email us at returns@mirevy.com with your order number
  2. Describe the reason for return
  3. We will provide a returns authorisation and address
  4. Pack items securely in original packaging
  5. Ship within 7 days of authorisation

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for faulty items)
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired product.
