At Mirevy, we prioritise your safety and wellbeing. Our skincare products are designed for direct skin application, and we take hygiene extremely seriously throughout our operations.

1. Product Safety

Manufacturing Standards

  • All products are manufactured in EU/UK-compliant facilities
  • Products undergo rigorous quality testing before release
  • All ingredients are sourced from certified suppliers
  • We follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines

Product Sealing

  • All products are factory-sealed for your protection
  • Do not use products if the seal appears tampered with
  • Report any packaging concerns immediately

2. Returns & Hygiene

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products.

This policy protects all our customers from potential contamination. Only unopened, sealed products in original packaging may be returned.

3. Product Usage Guidelines

  • Always wash hands before applying skincare products
  • Use clean applicators or spatulas for jar products
  • Do not share personal skincare products
  • Close containers tightly after each use
  • Store products according to label instructions
  • Check expiry dates and PAO (Period After Opening) symbols

4. Shelf Life & Storage

Most skincare products have a PAO symbol (open jar icon) indicating how many months the product remains safe after opening. Typically:

  • Serums and oils: 6-12 months after opening
  • Creams and moisturisers: 12 months after opening
  • Cleansers: 12 months after opening

Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
