We work with Royal Mail, Evri (formerly Hermes), DPD, and Yodel depending on your location and selected delivery option.

Where do I find my tracking number?

Tracking updates can sometimes be delayed. If there's no update for more than 3 business days, please contact us at orders@mirevy.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.

What does "out for delivery" mean?

This means the courier has your package and will attempt delivery that day. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel, or check if you can redirect it to a safe place.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened, sealed products in original packaging. Due to hygiene regulations, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned.

Email us at returns@mirevy.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a returns authorisation and address. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty.

Apply a small amount of product to the inside of your elbow or behind your ear. Wait 24-48 hours. If no redness, itching, or irritation occurs, the product is likely safe for your skin.
